Akashi Size and measurement Guide
How does sizing at Akashi work?
1) Standard size: This is the size (XS, S, M, L, XL, XXL etc) that you have to choose while placing your order. To choose the right standard size for you, use the AKASHI SIZE CHART. This is an approximate measurement taken in to consideration for the selection of pricing. Once you place your order after selecting the appropriate standard size, you are sent a measurement form over your email and/or whatsapp for custom fitting.
Note: All outfits sold at Akashi designer studio are custom fitted according to the measurements provided by the customer.
2) Custom fitting info: Once you place the order, you are sent an email consisting of measurement form. Once you fill this form , you will receive an email informing you that order is being further processed. In case of any trouble in filling this form, you may contact us.
AKASHI MEASUREMENT FORMS
There are five measurement forms based on the type of outfit you have ordered: Lehenga-choli form, Gown/Anarkali form, Kurta-garara/plazo form, saree-blouse form, and kurta-Pant form. You get these forms over the email once you place an order. You have to choose the right form based on the type of outfit you have ordered and fill it. Note that in case of multiple orders, you will be sent a separate form for each outfit and you must fill each of them. Once you have filled the form, you receive an email informing you that we have received your submission and your order is being processed further. The list of measurements required to fill in each form is given below. All the measurements are linked to respective videos/playlists on Akashi's new youtube channel to help you understand and measure.

1) Lehenga-choli :- Blouse length, Shoulder width, Bust round, Underbust round, waist round, Dart Point, Armhole, Front neck depth, Back neck depth, Collar round, Type of sleeve, Sleeve length, Biceps round, Elbow round, Sleeve bottom round, Lehenga length with heels, Lehenga waist round, and hips round.
2) Gown/Anarkali: Gown length, Shoulder width, Bust round, Underbust round, Waist round, Low-waist round, Hips round, Dart point, Armhole, Front neck depth, Back neck depth, Bodice length, Type of sleeves, Sleeve length, Biceps round, Elbow round, Sleeve bottom round.
3) Kurta-Garara/Plazo: Kurta length, Shoulder width, Bust round, Underbust round, Waist round, Low-waist round, Hips round, Front neck depth, Back neck depth, Dart point, Armhole, Type of sleeves, Sleeve length, Biceps round, Elbow round, Sleeve bottom round, Plazo/Garara length with heels, Garara/plazo waist round, Thigh round, Waist to knee length, Knee round.
4) Kurta-Pant: Kurta length, Shoulder width, Bust round, Underbust round, Waist round, Low-waist round, Hips round, Front neck depth, Back neck depth, Dart point, Armhole, Type of sleeves, Sleeve length, Biceps round, Elbow round, Sleeve bottom round, Pant length, Pant waist round, Thigh round, knee round, Waist to knee length, calf round, Ankle round.

5) Saree-blouse: Blouse length, Shoulder width, Bust round, Underbust round, waist round, Dart Point, Armhole, Front neck depth, Back neck depth, Collar round, Type of sleeve, Sleeve length, Biceps round, Elbow round, Sleeve bottom round
